    Executive Assistant - EQ Hotel

    An Executive Assistant role has opened at AAIG, the owning company behind The EQ Hotel at Elizabeth Quay and a diversified group spanning property development, construction and luxury hospitality. This is not a traditional EA role - it is fast-paced, project-driven and ideal for someone who enjoys variety and responsibility.

    Salary: from $120,000 (depending on experience)

    Key responsibilities include:

    • Project coordination across construction, property, design and hospitality
    • Managing action lists, timelines, documentation and follow-ups
    • Procurement support, supplier research and tender comparisons
    • Research and preparation of decision-making briefs
    • Executive support and senior-level communications
    • Liaising with consultants, contractors, architects and stakeholders
    • Supporting evolving and ad-hoc business priorities

    We are looking for someone with:

    • EA, Project Coordinator, PMO, Operations or similar background
    • Experience in construction, development, engineering, architecture or hospitality is advantageous (but not essential)
    • Strong organisation, judgement and follow-through
    • Excellent communication and writing skills
    • A professional, discreet and proactive approach
